The weeklong Summer Camp features 12.5 hours of High Tempo, intense drills that will challenge and develop ringette players. The Camp also features off-ice sessions. It will feature Quick Feet drills specific to Ringette players. Classroom sessions will feature video analysis from various levels as well as individual techniques.

On-Ice Sessions
Drills designed with a high tempo, that will challenge and develop ringette players. Power Skating sessions with passing, shooting and positional play all in one. All drills are designed to include individual tactics (Including bungee cords) done at high tempo and intensity to improve the player’s overall conditioning and skill level.
Off-Ice Sessions
The conditioning sessions are designed specifically for the game of ringette including the use of slide boards, angle boxes, bungee cords, etc. Also included are individual and team tactics.

Coaching Staff
We are extremely proud of our team of instructors. They are very experienced, coming from the coaching and playing ranks of National Ringette League, Canada Games and National levels. They have been selected on the basis of their Ringette qualifications and of their ability to communicate with and instruct young ringette players of all ages and levels of ability. They are committed to giving your child a superb course of training.
